CCANB 2020-2021 Membership and Courses Registration

Dear friends and families,

It is time to apply for your 2020-2021 membership and to register for courses. The school year will start on Sunday, September 20, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made several changes to our registration process and class formats.

• All courses will be online using ZOOM Meeting video conferencing. Please visit our website www.ccanb.ca for the class schedule, membership, and course registration.
• All payments will be through INTERAC eTransfer using our email account ccanb@ccanb.ca

Online Membership Registration:

Please register your 2020-2021 membership online at http://ccanb.ca/signup.html

• If you already have an account, use the LOGIN function.
• Use the FORGOT PASSWORD function if you do not remember your password.

Our membership is for a full year, from September 1st to August 31 of the following year. Membership is valid only when registration is complete and the membership fee is paid.

Membership Fee:

• Individual: $10 /year
• Family (parents and children): $20 /year

This year, we offer different levels of Chinese language courses (Chinese Pinyin, Primary Mandarin levels 1 & 2, & Chinese language skills), as well as courses for folk dances, advanced math, and recreational classes (Arts, Chinese Calligraphy, Fitness Dance, Go (weiqi), Chess, Fashion and Wushu).

Course Fee:

• Members: $80 per course per year / 50% discount for students from last year
• Non-members: $100 per course per year
  • The CCANB Executive Board has made the decision that a 50% course fee discount will be offered to all students from the previous year due to the COVID-19 pandemic causing an interruption during the spring school season.

Payment of Fees:

• Collection of membership and/or course fees will be via INTERAC e-Transfer.
• Please e-transfer to our Association’s email ccanb@ccanb.ca .

Please use the “Message” field in your e-transfer to clearly list your full name used in membership registration and the student’s full name for class registration.

亲爱的朋友们：

中文学校明天开学啦，即刻起请登录协会网站注册2020-2021年度会员，并进入中文学校页面选择喜欢的课程注册！

本周日（9月20日）中文学校即将开始新的学年啦！

因为疫情影响，本学期我们只能使用协会提供的Zoom账号进行网上教学，个别课程内容也做了相应的调整。

具体课程和时间安排请参见协会网站。

注册2020-2021年度CCANB会员资格（会员费：家庭会员$20/年；个人会员$10/年）

并为您和孩子选择并注册喜欢的课程（http://ccanb.ca/courseRegistration.html）。

已注册过的老会员请使用原有账号并缴纳会员费（忘记密码可到CCANB网站找回），如重新注册请更换新邮箱。

CCANB会员的课程费用为每年每门课程 $ 80（非会员报课费用为每年每门课程 $ 100）。

在网上完成注册后请采用E-transfer方式进行付款——所有费用请E-transfer至协会邮箱ccanb@ccanb.ca

付费时请务必在附言栏注明学生和家长姓名（如果是家庭会员，请填写注册CCANB会员时的姓名，以便财务核对）。

另外，所有去年已经在中文学校缴费上课的学生，

今年报任何课程都只收一半的费用（即每门课程全年只需缴纳学费$40），

以弥补上学期因疫情停课给大家造成的损失和遗憾。
