We are now accepting registration for Beginner & Intermediate Chinese Language Courses based on the HSK Chinese Proficiency Test curriculum.

Anyone who wants to learn Chinese, or whose first language is not Chinese, or who have some Chinese proficiency but want to further improve their Chinese expression in reading and writing; we have courses available for you.

The curriculum is focused on developing the learner's ability to communicate in Chinese by using common contexts found in daily life. It will assist learners in understanding basic Chinese grammar and vocabulary, as well as passing the corresponding HSK Chinese Proficiency test.

1.#21 Chinese – Beginner level (HSK1): For learners with no foundation in Chinese. You will be able to learn the basic knowledge of daily Chinese conversation on familiar topics and reach HSK level 1 or above.

2.#22 Chinese - Intermediate level (HSK3) – For those with some foundation in Chinese. You will be able to cultivate the ability to communicate common daily topics and ask and obtain information in Chinese. Reach HSK level 3 or above.

Instructor: Ms. Xiao Ling Li, lecturer at Qufu Normal University, China, Master of English Linguistics, teacher at the Confucius Institute in New Brunswick. Ms. Li has many years of experience in teaching Mandarin as a second language and holds the international Chinese teacher certificate issued by the Chinese and Foreign Language Exchange Centre and Ministry of Education in China.

Classes will be on Sundays, starting OCTOBER 31, 2021
