Join us for a brush and ink adventure! Get up close and personal with the unique Chinese writing tools such as brushes, ink, paper, and inkstones. Explore the art of calligraphy.

It looks like painting, yet it's also writing. Understand that calligraphy and painting share the same origin! Feel the magic of creating beautiful lines and Chinese characters with soft brushes and black ink.

Teacher:

Meet Ms. Xiaolin Wang, our Chinese calligraphy guru. She's not just a calligrapher but a master of traditional Chinese arts like Kunqu opera, ancient qin music, and more. She practices various traditional Chinese exercises, such as the Five Animal Frolics (Qigong), Jinganggong, & Tai Chi.

Enroll anytime except during winter and summer breaks.
