“Pathway to Medical School – Sharing Experience from a Parent’s Perspective”

Mr. Tang spoke of the success and experience of his son’s application to medical school. He used case studies and statistics to analyse the success ratio in applying to medical school from various provinces.

Mr. Tang pointed out the major benefits in applying to medical school with a New Brunswick residency status. He also provided summary information on steps & core competencies for entering medicine study and recommended some extracurricular selections.

As each medical school has its own enrollment standards, Mr. Tang emphasized the importance of getting detailed information from the school website and properly preparing the application based on school’s unique requirements.
