From plain brown hills to the red maple forests

From Yangzi River to Wolastoq River - The beautiful, beautiful river

Always there, the river, which is never still, the beautiful, beautiful river

Every day and night, how strong it flows

It heals my wounds and all the hurt it mends

It washes away worries and doubts   Soon we will be at our destination

And we will gather on its banks, singing and dancing

Soon our pilgrimage will cease

And our happy hearts will quiver

With the melody of peace.

从长江走来 走到枫林彼岸

从黄河走来 走到圣约翰河畔

河水，宛如奔腾的新鲜血液

洗涤了一路的疲惫

激荡着我们的身心

逐水而居，是生命的本能

诗意的栖息，是理想的追寻

欢畅，欢畅！

看舞姿翻飞  让歌声飘扬

向前，向前！

波涛跌宕中

涌动着蓬勃的春天！
