The 2025 CCANB Chinese New Year Gala, “Stylish Culture,” at the Fredericton Playhouse was a resounding success, thanks to the dedication and teamwork of everyone involved. From the program development and fundraising teams’ meticulous planning to the passionate performances, each of you played a vital role in creating a vibrant celebration of culture and community.
We are deeply grateful to our nearly 100 volunteers and performers, whose dedication, enthusiasm, and talent brought this event to life. A heartfelt salute to our incredible performers and behind the scenes, hardworking volunteers. Your collective efforts were the heart and soul of this gala, and we applaud you for making it an unforgettable experience.
Our sincere appreciation goes to Her Honour Louise Imbeault, Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick, The Honourable Jenica Atwin, Member of Parliament for Fredericton, Minister Cindy Miles for Province of New Brunswick, Ms. Hong Wang, Vice General Consul of the Consulate-General of China in Montreal, and Councillor Ruth Breen, representing the City of Fredericton, for their warm greetings and speeches, which enriched our event.
We also appreciate the presence of our distinguished guests, including Green Party leader David Coon, MLA Mary Wilson, Councillor Jocelyn Pike, and community leaders from MCAF, GSJMCA, and GMMCA, whose support strengthens our community connections.
