摘要：健康的亲子关系是孩子们成长的最重要因素之一。研究表明，稳固、正面的亲子关系能促进孩子们在多个领域的健康发展，并为孩子们提供足够的爱、关怀和支持。研究还表明，正面育儿方式能在父母与子女之间建立牢固的健康纽带。这些养育方式既能防止虐待和忽视子女，又能促进子女的健康发展和自我成长。因此，提供有效的育儿策略至关重要，这样父母就能在日常生活中实践这些养育技巧。

主讲人信息： 娜奥米-莱文斯（Naomi Levins）

UNB 四年级留学生。目前正在攻读心理学荣誉学位，并在 Liberty Lane 工作。来自马来西亚，母亲是中国人，父亲是印度裔葡萄牙人。感兴趣专业是儿童心理学，侧重于家庭背景。
