Invitation to Quebec City Trip (January 2-5, 2025) – for Grade 11-12 students of CCANB Youth Group

Dear Parents,

We are excited to announce a Quebec City trip from January 2-5, 2025, designed mainly for Grade 11-12 students. However, high school students from other grades may also be considered if space allows.

Currently, we have two cars available and can accommodate a maximum of 7 students. If more students are interested, we will need an additional car and one or two parent volunteers who are willing to drive. The trip cost will be determined and finalized after our meeting this Sunday, November 24. We also aim to book the hotel right after the meeting to ensure smooth arrangements. Please note that the actual cost may vary depending on hotel availability and the final number of participants.

Important Details:

Mandatory Parents Meeting: Sunday, November 24, 12:00–1:00 PM

Location: Room 106, CCANB Chinese School, Margaret Norrie McCain Hall, St. Thomas University

What to Bring:

• Your child's Medicare Card
• A $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your child’s spot
• This meeting is required for confirming participation and discussing trip details.

魁北克城旅行邀请函（2025年1月2日至5日）

尊敬的家长：

我们很高兴宣布将于2025年1月2日至5日组织一场魁北克城旅行，此次活动主要面向11至12年级的学生，如果有空位，也可接纳其他年级的高中生。

目前我们有两辆车，可以容纳最多7名学生。如果有更多学生感兴趣，我们需要额外的一辆车，并需要一至两位家长志愿者负责驾驶。旅行费用将在本周日（11月24日）的会议后确认。我们计划在会后立即预订酒店，以确保行程安排顺利。请注意，实际费用可能会因酒店预订情况和最终参与人数而有所变化。
