What is racism? What are microaggressions? Why is it important to know?

Guest Speaker: Ms. Xiuming Shi

Ms. Xiuming Shi is a passionate advocate for anti-racism education and a co-founder of Shades of Change. Since starting at Dalhousie Medical School, she has continued her anti-racism work to help improve the medical field.
